how much magnesium per ounce?

Hi Kwisatz. There are approximately 3 grams of elemental magnesium per 1 ounce of our magnesium oil. You should get about seven 400mg applications per ounce. Each 12 oz bottle should supply you with approximately 84 400mg applications, so each bottle should last you approximately 3 months, if you use the recommended number of sprays daily : ).

The product came accompanied by an email from the company on it's use, (although it is clearly already explained on the Amazon product posting.) It is what it says it is.

it has 🤮🤢🥴such a foul Tate and it lingers! What can be added to this product to make it taste better ?

Although our magnesium oil is food grade and can be ingested, we recommend using this product topically. When applied the skin, the body absorbs about 80% of the product. When taken internally, the body absorbs only about 20% of the magnesium.
