Until the Pro model was redesigned, it was not functional to use it around the ankles, for instance to resist abduction as the ring had no padding and had an exposed screw head that could scratch your skin. **Q: How much does it weigh?** A: It´s very light, I would say it weights about half a kilogram **Q: How does this compare to the one made by BitterFit?** A: I evaluated ONLY the STOTT PILATES model. I know nothing about BetterFit. **Q: Would owning both the 12" and the 14" models add more versatility to the circle's use?
