It does the job, but you may need to ...
It does the job, but you may need to bend the clips open a bit or only put one end of the tie through it. I looped my ties twice so they don't hand so long, but I can only put one of the two loops through the clip. Also, the metal may have some rough areas. I can definitely hear a bit of a scratching sound as I slide my tie in. It hasn't frayed any of my ties yet, but it makes me a little nervous.

Great Tie Hanger/Organizer for the price!
Excellent product. Exactly as advertised. There is only one, minor aspect of this tie holder that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating. Some of the tie clips are just a little too tight. This means you may have to loosen the tight ones just a tiny bit with a screwdriver. This is a great Tie Hanger/Organizer for the price. It takes up very little room in your closet which is another plus!

Could be better
This tie organizer is ok but two things made it not ideal for me:1) The curve of the metal hooks was so tight that on most of them, I couldn't slide the ties in and secure them properly (see photo). I didn't want to force the ties into the hook and risk snagging or ripping the material. As a consequence, the ties are not secured and slide around a bit.2) With all the metal hooks swiveled out, this hanger takes up 5 1/4 inches, which is roughly the space of 7 shirts in my closet. If you're looking for something with a slim profile to fit in a packed closet, you may have a hard time fitting this in.Overall, it does the trick but could be better.

Works really well! Holds the ties well. Another review noted that some of the clips for ties were too close to slide the tie in - this was true for us as well. We used a screwdrivers to open them up a little and they have been great sense.

Not okay for belts
These make very poor belt hangers. The belts will constantly slip off and do not stay on "nicely and neatly" in a busy closet

The tie rack is just what I needed. It's really just a regular wooden hanger with metal clips attached to it. The clips hold ties very well, as they do not slip off. They give you enough space between each clip (and tie) to be able to see what the tie looks like. In my opinion the hanger is a bit expensive at $18, but it is of the best quality that I saw on Amazon.

Attractive and well made!
These Tie Hanger/Organizers are well made and very attractive. I bought two --- have not yet tackled organizing my ties but if I need more tie hangers, I will probably purchase more of this item. Thank you!

Great tie rack
Very nice tie holder, sturdy and clips fold back so they don't take up a lot of room when hanging, but open easily for you to remove selected tie
