I have bought Copperside Magnetic bracelets in the past and can say without a doubt that they are high quality and effective. They can easily adjust to fit your wrist while maintaining the strength to not break with reuse. Let me tell you I have had bracelets that adjust like this break on me. Not Copperside ones though. They look very nice and really do help alleviate my hand and wrist pains. I bought one for my father who struggles with arthritis as well and he said he is finding it really works for him too and his pains were far worse than mine.
