The sticky circles are sticky on only one side??? Please advise

You have to peel off the clear disc on the outside of the circle. Bit fiddle but then both sides are sticky. I first stuck the sticky side onto the hanger then peeled off the outer clear discs.

Could 3m command strips hold the plastic holder to the wall without damage? they are also very easy to remove.

Yes, easily. But I used silicone 2 sided tape to mount mine. The tape is transparent, and I was able to remove them with no wall damage. Note... just use a few small pieces, one on each end and one in the middle. It sticks extremely well.

Can these jewelry holders be cut i need 10 in wide

We are sorry that these jewelry holders couldn't be cut. But we are going to release new jewelry holders with 6 hooks and shorter size. Please keep watching.

Will tape ruin walls?

This tape ripped out the wall surface. I haven’t tried their removal method yet but it’s not that clear. Going to ask here to clarify.
