This has been by far the best investment for my home gym! I no longer have bruising on my neck and can concentrate on my squats and everything in between!

It is a nice pad that works well.

Stays in place and comfortable.

This pad is very thick and strong. I've had this for about 4 months now and the colors have not faded from the pad and the velcro still stays in place without any issue. I've used this pad on two different bars and it fit without a problem. I haven't had issues with it sliding or coming off. This pad is very thick and stayed in place for me. The velcro makes it easy to adjust. I haven't had any spills or anything to necessarily have to clean the material so I cannot comment on that. I also have used this for hip trust with a pillow. The padding on this barbell helped me to focus more on the weight because I could not feel the barbell itself. The pillow I tend to use to help keep it in place and padding before I got this squat pad.

This is a very nice thick pad. I love the saying on it as it gets me motivated to put work in. It feels very nice and adds great support when lifting. Can't imagine now going back to not having a pad at all for support. It is durable and seems that it will last for some time. It does take a load of weight and pressure off of my shoulder and neck which is especially great for a beginner like me who needs all the help I can get. This is a top quality pad! It will definitely fit my small Bar, not sure about Olympic size! It is well constructed, well padded and will put a smile on my face every time I use it! I received this pad at a discount for an honest review . But trust me, this is an honest review!

Love this! It fits my barbell great and is nice and squishy- but not too much as to be useless. I've gotten lots of compliments on it too. There is a velcro opening on this and it's rather strong- should be good for a lot of taking on and offs.
