Hi there, thanks for the great question. Please note for this fridge calendar, this particular model, it does not come with dry erase markers.

does it come with stickers for each month?

It does not come with stickers at all.

What is the size measurement for each individual calendar day? I’m getting even holiday stickers that are 2.75 x 2.75 inches and wanted correct size.

The squares are 2 1/4”wide by 1 1/2”D. Hope that helps

Does this have an aluminum frame or is it a peel and stick calendar?

It doesn’t have a frame. I’m not sure what you mean by peel and stick, it’s a flexible magnet back. We have it on a metal door with no slipping or any other issues.
