It glows after a short exposure to light. This process is endless and for around 10 years.

Can i apply varnish on it after painting it on canvas ?

I'm little bit of sceptical about but i think u can try it...or u can paint a small part of the canvas to check whether it works or not properly.

Not helpful

Doesn't work, tried multiple times. After painting, if you use torch light then it glows for some time. Ceiling light or other tube light within room doesn't have any effect
