Bought these to use in homemade soups made with stuff we’ve freeze dried for a healthier option. They’re pretty tasty especially if you like vegetables. They do require some dressing up for flavor as they do not come with a seasoning packet.

Very good value for the money. The healthy parts of this product are why I will purchase again. The taste and consistency plus cooking at low heat keeps integrity of noodles.

What I liked: Less calories and fat than typical ramen noodles. This takes a little longer to cook than conventional ramen in the package. I have to keep a close eye on my sodium intake and wanted to find a better alternative. What I disliked: There was a texture to these that I found a little off putting. A little denser, which is fine but there was a stickyness to them that I just couldn't get used to. And Price, These are Not value noodles and for over all experience, I am not buying them again. Just kind of meh.
