Loved it so much I bought 2 & I'll be back for more!
The Weyland Yutani Commando figure is a really unique figure in NECA's Aliens line & this guy impresses with customization options like flipped up/down goggles, & waterslide decals for the helmets which were really fun & forgiving to apply. I liked it enough to buy 2, however would love to get my hands on at least 2 more since they're great army builders & the waterslide decals give you 4 different name designations, numbers, & arrows.

A very unique and detailed figure.
A very unique figure from the Alien Universe. The figure itself is fully detailed and comes with several accessories. The character is described as a Weyland Yutani Commando, so it is very different from the Colonial Marines. Because this character is seen briefly in Alien 3 I would regard it as being similar to the Space Jockey in Alien.

Nice figure
Pretty cool figure, I like the design of it and it's heavy, would have like a little more articulation for posing, but not horrible. Would have been cool of the helmet came off, but no biggie.

wish it had more articulations
These action figure is detailed, not hyperrealistic but is fine. What I wish it had is more articulations. All the few articulations are very stiff.

Great collectable
Lots of details comes with stickers that need to be wet to apply. It's a little tricky I recommend using tweezers. Definitely worth the price.

The shoulder stock to the barrel of the rifle bends to fit. Luckily, the plastic is pliable and hardly notible while on display.

The commando hardly appears in Alien 3, but remains one of the most visually memorable parts of the film. A Weyland Yutani strong arm with a mysterious past. That’s really all anyone can say about the character. The figure on the other hand, is a different story altogether. The first thing is that he really does have a very cool design. He does look like he’d be more at home fighting Hoth monsters, but I guess he must have been cold with all of that molten lead about. The suit has a dirty, lived in feel to it, and has great detail on the helmet and clothing. The most impressive detail is the head. Despite being almost entirely covered, you can see the eyes through the visor, along with the ears and hair from the back. Very impressive attention to detail from NECA. There are four accessories in total. A knife (that can be positioned in a hole on the left shin), the standard marine gun, and two versions of the visor lid (one open, one closed). I’m guessing NECA have experienced a lot of breakages with pivoted parts, which is why it’s not just one open and shut piece. There is one other accessory of sorts, which is a set of water transfers. Unfortunately mine were firmly stuck to the bottom of the plastic packaging and 6 out of the 8 transfer pieces were destroyed. This is despite knowing this was a common problem, and taking great care trying to remove it. It’s a great idea from NECA, but maybe put them in a small bag or between two sheets of paper next time. Articulation is restricted by the suit, but actually surprisingly decent. Not great, but decent enough to get a few variations of poses. He’s a heavier than average figure, which helps making it easy enough to keep it standing. Overall, this is a pretty unique figure in the Alien universe and looks fantastic.

A nice action figure which looks exactly as in the promotional picture. The level of detail is impressive. The only surprise was that it's considerably bigger than I thought it would be.

I was really surprised how good this looks, seen very briefly at the closing scenes in alien 3 the wetland yutani commando is another neca classic figure,it comes with a black pulse rifle(cool) a knife and alternate piece's for the helmets eye section, open or with closed options. You also get water decals to customise the commando(check you're packing at the bottom when you open). They have numbers, names and stripes, mine is called boss which I put on at the bottom of the back pack(look's really good and the decals are red and black, the names are black and number and stripes are red(number 10 in all packs),you have a choice of 4 names being boss, animal, cruncher(lol) and the other name was damaged so don't know that one, just try to be careful when removing the decal card as it can scrape off some of the names if you just pull out!. Overall, articulation is OK and you can get some poses but nothing spectacular, he holds his weapon in two hands, minimal head movement because of the helmet but as I said he looks great next to other alien figures and in the end he's not a toy!these are for adult collectors/fans of the alien franchise. A solid neca alien figure and now am looking forward to neca releasing Vasquez and frost(marines from aliens) in sept/Oct and they look amazing. Recommended to all neca/alien fans.
