Asics are running shoes. These are barefoot shoes which yes the toes are wide but not the heel or the rest of the shoe. If you get the right size than they should fit like regular shoes but with maximum comfort for your toes to expand as you walk

No, it says in its title that it’s a men’s shoe. There’s a women equivalent as well.

Are these able to be worn in water?
