Exactly what I needed ### ⭐ Doesn't work for 521 A pattern MK7 golf *by S***S on April 28, 2026* Bought two for MK7 Golf R. 521 has the right pattern, but the center cavity is not deep enough. Since these keys are made out of very soft metal with a paint layer on top (maybe powder coat? didn't look close), not being able to properly engage the key means that the paint + soft metal edges shear off once you apply any torque. If the center cavity were deeper I'm sure it could be good for a few uses despite the soft material it's made of, but as is they were completely useless.
