Mona Lisa Blossoms by Callebaut (Milk Chocolate Curls, 1kg Tub)

I usually make my own curls to coat the sides of my cakes but sons birthday is boxing day so trying to ease the pressure I brought these ready made ones to save me time. They are brilliant so I won't be making them myself again! We've been using them for everything from a nice Christmasy hot chocolate to topping waffles. If I don't be careful we will have mine by boxing day! They taste great, hold their shape and were good value.

I use these for making black forest gateaux. They do t crush easily when rolling onto the cake and taste great. I have not found better. Also fantastic sprinkled onto vanilla ice cream.

We have a hotel chocolate machine and this makes an excellent milky chocolate and its MUCH cheaper than buying the sachets

Purchased for tricolour chocolate mouse finishing and taste. Super easy to melt down as well as just to dip your spoon into for a sweet treat. Be sure to adjust any egg white sugar ratio to not over sweeten your chocolate mousse as this is more sweet tooth than bitter chocolate tooth.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative for my 'Hotel Chocolate' machine and came across this. Works perfectly in the machine. An affordable alternative

We bake a lot of cakes and the chocolate curls make a wonderful job of decorating the sides of the cakes.

Not cheap, obviously got hot in transit, one big melted tub of chocolate but no returns allowed, absolute con.
