Will this work on "leatherette" car seats?

I'm sure it would. I used it on dash, etc. and it was fine.

Can it remove hairspray buildup on a leather chair headrest?

I don't wear hair spray but the sweat and oils seem to come out of mine.After cleaning, I use the conditioner also. It makes my leather chair softer and more pleasing to the touch. I have not noticed any discoloration. IMO a great product.

In reading the directions, it says not for use on nubuck. i have two leather sofas. how can i know if they are nubuck?

Nubuck is more like a low pile suede material. It’s not shiny like traditional leather, it’s more Matte.

How long does it take to dry?

For me, after putting it on to clean and then wiping off the excess, it was pretty much dry. I then buffed it and it was ok.

Wow! This stuff is IMPESSIVE. Removes dirt from leather in easy, circular motions without any hard work. My camel-colored Copenhagen chair and ottoman never looked so good with such minimal effort! Definitely feels conditioned as well. Highly recommended. No more saddle soap buffing for this gal!
