beautiful headphones
Made with beautiful fine leather and metal, these headphones really ooze quality. Even the quilted carrying pouch is impressive. Sound quality to match, though I am not an audiophile snob. The only thing is that as a refurb item, there was a bit of a smudge on the leather from the prior owner. The leather is hard to clean, so don't try unless you really know what you are doing.

They are certainly good Headphones. Based on other reviews, I'll have to see if they last. As expensive as they were, I hope they do. They produce great sound, though their pretty heavy. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Love them!
Always wanted a pair of over ear headphones but didn't know much about them so I foolishly bought the Dre Beats. Hated them... way to uncomfortable on my already small head. After seeing rave reviews on the B&W's I jumped on the $99 recertified Ivory PS5's.Wow...Amazing sound, comfort & style! I love these headphones!Awesome noise canceling. I've worn these during an extremely loud tap class before and I was in my own musical world :)

the color comes off with sweat
It gets two stars for decent sound quality and initial impression but loses all the other stars due to the fact that after a couple of months the white coloring of the item started coming off from sweat and eventually left the item looking absolutely horrible. I expected more durability from such a reputable brand. Luckily they swopped out the unit for a newer model.

Amazing build quality, good price, terrible sound
First off, the build quality is absolutely amazing. The leather is about the best you will find on an on ear headphone. The price for this build quality makes you feel like you got an amazing g deal.Then you plug it in....The sound is so disappointing, especially when you consider the excellent price and build quality.The treble is tinny, shallow, and shrill. The kids are muffled, and the bass has zero texture and body. This is the trifecta of poor sound.
