And another. Four in a row. I had to make myself stop!I can see why this type of tea is considered one of the top ten Chinese teas: it has a deep, rich, smooth flavor, and most importantly does not get bitter if you over-steep it. This is the first green tea I've tried that equals the smoothness of white tea (which I drink a lot of). When I use tea bags, I tend to leave the bag in the cup too long, which can be a mistake with some green and white teas. Not this one. It just gets better and better.I was a bit skeptical about Temple of Heaven teas. They also produce a gunpowder loose green tea that is really easy to over-steep. But this tea has changed my mind about them. I am happy I tried this tea. I've even handed some out to my co-workers today.
