If you are good at figuring things out, you can do it with some thought.Second, as I started, it didn't seem like the tray section fits on the base but if you continue inserting the nuts and bolts, you can conform the pieces to fit by sheer will. Also, these bolts and nuts need to be placed down, not up which was easier to install, because the length of the bolt prevents the tray from sitting flush in the base. (figured that out by trial and error)Third, the loop for hanging toys is directly over one of the feed dishes. If you put something up there that's shred-able, you are going to have a mess in the seed or water bowl.And finally, the stainless steel bowls are too large to fit into the metal rings. You sort of have to smash them in tight and they sit 1 inch above the metal ring, not flush as pictured.But, if you are good with all of that, it works and it is a perfect size for an African Grey.It is made in China so who knows about the safety of the metal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My amazon parrot LOVES it! *by J***S on February 24, 2020* My amazon parrot loves this perch stand .
