Natursutten BPA Free Natural Rubber Pacifier, Butterfly Orthodontic, 0 - 6 Months

This is my favorite pacifier. Out of 4 kids, only one took a pacifier up until 2. The other three ended up being thumb suckers, though would take this pacifier for the first several months. It's easy to clean - typically I would boil to sterilize it from time to time. I like how the piece that goes into baby's mouth isn't so big compared to other brands. Though my youngest doesn't take it as it should be, she does enjoy using it to chew on while in her car seat.

This is the second natursutten pacifier we’ve purchased- the first was a round nipple so we needed to get a new one due to using the first for longer than recommended (stayed clean and nice), just wanted to get the ortho now that we’re expecting teeth soon and luckily baby took to it immediately just as she did the first. Love the solid piece construction, sustainability and ease to clean and sterilize! Also, great customer service! A quality product that we’ll continue to use/replace as long as we’re using a pacifier! Big plus, nice and soft if it pops out of baby’s mouth while sleeping and she rolls on it, I don’t worry about it hurting her in any way! She also loves to gnaw and play with it, very sturdy!

My daughter doesn't like pacifiers in general, yet she will take this one sometimes. (Thats why I give it 4 starts) Its besides the point because I know this is non toxic for my baby. I feel more at peace my baby is being exposed to something more natural instead of some cheap store bought paci. And anyway, I can always brag to my family about having a fancy all natural rubber paci from Italy! LOL

I always try to avoid pacifiers if I can. My first baby didn’t take one but my second one really gets comfort from them. He seems to really like this brand and I feel comfortable knowing it’s not going to affect his mouth development. He’s still a newborn and this is one of the few that actually stay in his mouth. He tend to not be able to keep them in for long on his own. There is a bit of a smell/taste with this brand. But I’m sure that’s because of the natural material. The color is weird but again I thinks that’s due to its natural material. If you have pets, hair gets clung to it easily. But a quick rinse in the sink gets it all off.
