Why did they change the bottle style?
I have to assume they redesigned this to a top-opening bottle because it's less expensive, but that was a mistake. I'd be willing to pay a little more for the bottom-opening bottle you used to have. This conditioner is AWESOME in general. I have very long hair, and this keeps the ends in good shape. If I slack on the rinsing and leave a bit in, it makes combing out my hair post-shower very easy. It's a very thick conditioner, meant for dry hair (or long hair). And this is why I'm so mad they changed the bottle! I have to do the "ketchup swing" to force the product to the top via centripetal force each time I use it. I have an old bottle of the cap-at-bottom style, and I think I'm going to transfer the conditioner into it so I don't risk slipping in the shower with my conditioner-swinging antics. Please, Dove, give us back the old bottle. This is the wrong shape for your outstanding product.

This is a great value. This conditioner is rich but not heavy on your hair and is a life saver for my dry processed hair.
