Derma e does not disclose the exact concentration of DMAE in this product and consider it "proprietary information". However in the list of ingredients it is near the top so it is a high concentration relative to most of the other ingredients.

I've read vit c and copper peptides can not be mixed because they cancel eachother out? And this says it has vit c? Is the c in a different form? '

The short answer is that you can use vitamin C and copper peptides together as these two ingredients complement each other. 
The longer and more complicated answer is that it depends on your skin type and individual reactivity.
If you have sensitive, redness-prone skin, mixing vit C and the peptides could result in more  irritation, redness and itchiness. 
Maybe consulting with your dermatologist would be the best; or just starting slowly and observing how your skin reacts.

The serum has vitamin C (Kakadu plum has the highest recorded levels of vitamin C of any fruit in the world).
