We call the robot Arnold. Arnold sometimes get hung up on the cat tree. But other than that, he has been keeping my floors clean. I love that he mops my kitchen floor while he sweeps. I’ve had 3 surgeries in the last few months. And Arnold has made our lives so much easier. We are an active with pets, and also livestock. I have spent far to much time cleaning my floors.

Never could find a wifi signal with this. Had a start up credit and bought a little more for use in Europe. Couldn't get a signal in the heart of Vienna, Milan or Avignon, and gave up on it. I bought SIMs for my phones, much better solution. All this did was show a spinning wheel searching, searching, .....

I’m trying to purchase a data plan and the device freezes during the pairing device process. I tried contacting customer service, but I keep getting a message saying they are offline. I used this for work since I see clients daily and I need reliable wifi connection and now it’s affecting my productivity. Can’t use it without data plan and customer service is horrible. I’m returning it!

This product is authentic,works fine,give good wifi service.

It’s in Chinese and it never worked. I got it for camping so I could work it never stopped blinking or turn green and on. I bought it as an early 60th birthday it s horrible. It’s been wrapped now for 2 months and I opened it otherwise I would demand a refund

I use this in The woods an it works fine ! Works Good enough for me to Watch a movie on Laptop. Although, it works only “Fair” in Enclosed areas.

This thing has been unable to connect to a signal for over a week now, it just keeps saying signal searching 49 %. I can leave it on for hours in areas that it was connecting in minutes, the battery goes dead without connecting.
