I've purchased a few now and for size, they are very close to the chart. But I did have to trial and error in the beginning. 3x was extra extra roomy. The 2x was close with just enough space without unnecessary gap. The only complaint I would say is to watch the stitching. The shirt itself is great, but the button parts could be better.
