Maybe one day I'll make the cookies in the book, however right now it's a nice addition to my shelf.

Great selection
Not a lot of pictures but tons of recipes that are mostly easy to use with mostly using common ingredients. Spiced gingerbread were a favorite. Even a section on gluten free if you want.

Lots of ideas
Lots of interesting recipes although I have not tried using sugar substitutes with any of them yet. It is a bit hard to find certain recipes as the index is in a bit of strange order but may make more sense once I have more time to look through it and figure out the reasoning. Don't expect to find pictures, as there are very few in the book.

Comprehensive book on all things cookie
Great book with lots of recipes for regular, keto and gluten free cookies. Entries are in alphabetical order. Pages are printed on really nice quality paper and this book is very heavy. There are several pictures, but not every cookie has a picture.

Recipes aren't authentic at all
I haven't cooked anything from this book. But I was excited to see an Anzac biscuits recipw included. Except it's not at all Anzac biscuits. If it's this wrong for a recipe that I'm familiar with, I can only imagine how wrong the others are. Would not recommend it.

cumpre o que promete. realmente é uma grande enciclopédia de cookies! assim como todos os livros de cookie, esse também tem uma pequena introdução sobre ingredientes, dicas de tempo e temperatura de forno, e sobre como usar o livro. se vc espera um livro como muitas fotos, esse livro não é pra vc; são bem poucas fotos. mas eu gostei muito, é um livro de consulta; tem receitas desde as mais tradicionais até as mais inusitadas.
