Although there’s no guarantee that seeds will turn out identical to the parent, I thought I would give it a shot. The seeds arrived quickly and I received 6 seeds, 1 more than promised. They seemed dried out and I was pessimistic about my outcome.As I’ve never started plumeria from seeds only cuttings, I searched online for advice. I followed the basic instructions from dengarden.com with a few exceptions. I used commercial seed starter mix, Miracle grow seed starter. I thoroughly moistened the soil. After the 24 hr paper moisture soak, I planted the seeds with the tip of the husk sticking out. As I didn’t have much hope of success, I planted 2 seeds per pot. I placed them in a plastic container to create the greenhouse environment. I placed my little greenhouse in a semi-sunny location . At 7 days I took a peek. Much to my surprise all 6 seeds sprouted. I lightly watered them closed the greenhouse. At about 12 days the seed husks fell off and I left the lid off the greenhouse. I transplanted them today at about 18 days.
