I depend on these and take them religiously. I take them typically right before bed...you know, to get the morning skinny ? Works like a charm most days !! And when I eat something that makes me feel kinda funky? I take one of these and about 15-20 minutes later???....🙂‍↕️😏 I don't feel like I am hiding a beach ball under my clothes.I know I am being silly lol, but genuinely...these things have quite literally saved my confidence and have helped me live a more comfortable life. I have quite a few food intolerances and it saves me almost every time.Never get rid of these, Olly !! 🧐 I mean it ! 🙂‍↕️✨️

I’m not one to usually write these things but I just want to say I e searched for years have had several doctors appointments to figure out why I’m always so bloated I figured what do I have to lose I’ve only been taking this for 3 days 3 DAYS and I’ve never felt so much relief I haven’t been bloated I figured I would try doing it every other day so I took the two and on the 3rd day not take it and that was a big mistake!! I was so uncomfortable hurting then I came home from work took it within the hr my stomach was flat again my pain died down!!!! LOVE LOVE this product!!!! Also been taking the ph balance one for a month now and that works amazingly too!!! 10 OUTA 10!!!

I am currently on a GLP-1 medication (diabetes) and have struggled with intestinal issues (common side effect). These started working within 5-7 days with no cramps or stomach pains. I just wish they came in larger quantities.

10/10. I don't know what kind of magic these are, but they work. I've only been taking them for a few days and I can tell a huge difference by just taking these and not making any other changes.

These capsules work very well at diminishing bloat. I have tried increasing fiber, probiotics, and even midol and other medicine made specifically for bloating, but this one works by far the best. I don't think I want to take it for every meal because I fear it might eventually make my stomach become dependent on something like this to properly digest things, but they work so well that I am tempted to take them with all of my meals. They don't hurt my stomach and they work quite fast. If I am eating something that typically causes a lot of bloating like something high carb and any kind of bread, then I definitely take one of these pills with my meal. Such a good find. I am so glad I tried these, I had overlooked them many times because I didn't think that a supplement would be the answer to this problem, but they work very well so far.

I've purchased "Beat the Bloat" on Amazon several times, always from the Olly Store directly. I've also purchased it at Target stores. This last batch I received, however....something has changed. The pills are no longer white -- they are bright yellow. And the first day I took one of the yellow pills, I had massive stomach aches, acid indigestion, bloating, and gas. I thought it was an allergic reaction to other things, so have been whittling down the culprit over the last week, cutting things out of my diet to experiment -- and today I have determined that it's this batch of 'Beat the Bloat' pills. I didn't take one yesterday, ate very soft, easy digestible foods, and was fine. Did the same today, only added the pill, and voila -- instant stomach pain, gas, bloating, nausea. Something in this new batch is wrong. I'm not sure if it's a quality control issue or a new manufacturer for Olly (they claim mfg. in the US, but I have to wonder about that, given country of origin no longer is required on many products and vitamins & supplements aren't well regulated for that to begin with).I'm going to try to take this batch to a local lab and have it tested, if I can find one to do this for me. I suspect something in the formula has either been either incorrectly increased or a foreign substance has been added that isn't listed in the ingredients. I see others here in the reviews have noted the same thing since May, 2021, so I know I'm not alone in these symptoms from this product.Olly: you need to look into this yourselves. Something is wrong.

These are great vitamins. They help aid digestion-especially when eating foods that are outside of your normal diet (like on vacation) They help with water build up, and if you take water pills they give an added boost, they also cut down on gas and bloat.
