I used the product in a unique(?) application to wrap underwater pilings on a saltwater dock. The product was well suited for this use as it sets underwater. Once hardened the material provides both structural strength to the piling as well as a barrier against barnacle growth. The only negative is the included gloves are too lightweight for this purpose. I used "dishwashing" gloves which worked fine to keep the epoxy off your hands - its tough to get off skin!

I had a nice crack in my exhaust pipe before the resonator at the catalytic converter and this stuff has been working made my car back quiet again. Follow directions and make sure you work fast you get like 2 minutes and it starts to harden fast in 3 minutes it's hard and your done working with it. So far this stuss is working I wouldn't recommend it. Update. 18 months later and it has crumbled and fell apart so it real lasted 15 months it's so brittle you can put your fingers through it so you decide on buying it

Good product and easy to use. But, if you are using it outdoors on a hot day you have to work fast. Because once it begins to set up you are through. It will no longer adhere to its self or anything else. I used it as a temporary fix on an exhaust system. It did what it was supposed to and handled the heat just fine.

I bought 2 packs. Used first one and wasn't in to much of a hurry and it was set before I could finish. Used second one and rushed and still it set up before I could finish. 2-3 minutes (using cold water). Product would get 5 stars if they could slow down the set time.

My mom's ancient Camry had a serious leak just in front of and after the catalytic converter, and a much smaller one in front of the muffler, and along with some exhaust putty and some wire I was able to use this to completely seal them and eliminate the horrible exhaust noise. So far it's held up for the past 3-4 months so it's rugged as well. I actually cut it in half width-wise as it wrapped tighter that way and I didn't need to full width for this task, which gave me double the length, which was ample to begin with. Easily the best exhaust wrap I've used so far. Recommended.

I followed the directions precisely regarding the water immersion, but only about 12" of tape unrolled, the entire remainder of the roll had cured and was ROCK SOLID, it would not feed out and just became a torn mess--completely unusable and I was not able to finish the job. Total waste of money and it cost me a ton of time and hassle. Beware!

I used it on my muffler pipe, it had a hole in it. I done it like it said. But one trip to town it burned a hole in it. But the rest of it is still on the pipe it harden and everything but still burned through.

I used this tape to actually secure a gaff hook onto a wooden dowel I fabricated to make a fish gaff. It works perfectly and is super strong. I definitely do not see this failing on me.
