I usually love this brand of polish, so much that I have purchased every color. But this time I was disappointed the black polish came lumpy, the brush was thick and clogged. So I soaked it and shuck the polish. Got a much better application. But once I cured it and applied top coat I noticed the polish still starting to peel. And when Matt is used it makes it bubble.
