I wasn’t sure what to expect when the box showed up because it comes fully crated and wrapped, but everything inside was packed securely and nothing was damaged. Assembly was basically just attaching a few parts, and the frame is solid. It looked intimidating at first, but the setup was way easier than I thought. Once I got it together, the moped actually looked really good. The paint is clean and glossy, and the overall build feels sturdier than I expected for the price. It started right up without any issues. Handling is smooth, the brakes work well, and acceleration is perfect for getting around town. It’s quiet, lightweight, and honestly saves a ton of gas money. Perfect for quick trips, errands, or just cruising around the neighborhood. For anyone wondering: yes, it arrives big and boxed up, but once you open it and put it together, it’s a legit, nice-looking moped that rides great. Definitely recommend this one if you’re looking for an affordable, reliable scooter.

the moped came in less than a week, I missed the delivery but the delivery guy was awesome and came by again on the way back to the warehouse when he finished his route. it runs phenomenal and is so easy to put together, I was skeptical at first but this is actually amazing

Unfortunately, within one week of use, the scooter began experiencing serious mechanical issues. These issues include: Excessive smoking Difficulty starting Inconsistent performance where it would reach normal speed and then suddenly shut off Significant loss of power causing it to run very slowly Overall unreliable and unpredictable operation In addition to these mechanical failures, these issues have caused a serious safety concern for my grandson, who was riding the scooter. The smoke and sudden shutdowns frightened him to the point that he no longer feels safe riding it. He has since experienced anxiety related to the scooter and refuses to ride it at all. Because of the ongoing defects, the emotional distress caused, and the clear safety risks, I no longer want to keep this scooter. It is unsafe, unreliable, and unpredictable, despite proper assembly and appropriate use. I have requested a full refund for this purchase. I am not seeking a replacement, as the product failed shortly after delivery and poses And even after all these issues it’s like I have to constantly call and request for my money back worst item I ever purchased

My son said it’s good on gas and great for riding if you need to make a quick run to the store.

The scooter claimed to be assembled but the steering column, the battery, cowling, trunk, and the front wheel needed to be put together and it was not easy. Very tight tolerances and difficult spaces to get bolts together in. The DVD does not work in US players and the user manual is in broken English and of no use whatsoever. You have to use the 5-minute YouTube which is not referred to anywhere. When I went to start it, gasoline blew out all over my foot because the fuel line was disconnected. I had to find it and locate the input. It took me about twenty attempts to get the hose back onto the input and clamp it on. It was in the interior of the engine and behind lots of hoses and brackets - very difficult. It took me four hours altogether with an assistant. The scooter starts a little rough and has trouble idling initially but is fun and runs OK once it gets warmed up. I hope that gets better as it gets broken in. Also comes with no bill of sale so you have to call SmartDealsNow 469-209-8740 to get the manufacturers certificate so that you can license the scooter. Wasted trip to DMV as well...

The Scooter came well Packed in a steel frame cage and with no damage. it was fairley easy to assemble with only 4 parts to put together, the handle bars (A litle tight so you need to take of a panel to be able to get the bolt in, however this bolt was missing I contacted the company and received two bolts with in 5 days, The front fairing has to be added the carrier on the back and the battery needs to be connected. i did it myself in just over an hour, you do need help getting it of the pallet and steel frame. it does not come with the title for security reasons. so you just have to call. then they will give you a number to text the Vin # and order number to and they will send it out. It arrived within a week. Over all very good customer service and the scooter seems to run well. you can also get the manual online free i downloaded it and printed it off amd it gives all the details and specifications as well as oil and fuel types. Very satisfied with purchase
