This Is A T Mobile 5G Only Device
It is very important to note that if you are looking for a 5G device, this Nord N10 only provides 5G on T Mobile's network. It lacks the necessary frequency bands for 5G on ATT or Verizon; this is by design, since they are competitors, and want desperately to lock you onto their respective networks. However, it will provide 4G LTE on all three networks, so if 5G is not that important to you and you are just looking to get a low cost, up-spec phone, then the Nord N10 will fill the bill nicely. To use this on any network other than T Mobile, you will need to have you Nord N10 unlocked from T Mobile's network. If the phone is shipped to you locked, then you will have to either return it, or activate it on T Mobile and then satisfy their device unlock criteria: Unlock Eligibility for Mobile Devices on Postpaid Plans The device must have been active on the T‑Mobile network for at least 40 days on the requesting line. If the device was financed or leased through T‑Mobile then all payments must be satisfied and the device must be paid in full. If the device is associated with a canceled account, then the account balance must be zero. T‑Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply. Unlock Eligibility for Mobile Devices on Prepaid Plans At least 365 days must have passed since the device was activated on the T Mobile network. If the device was activated less than 365 days ago, then the Prepaid account associated with the device must have had more than $100 in refills during that period for each line active on the account. In addition, more than 14 days must have passed since the device was purchased. No more than 2 mobile device unlocks have been complete per line of service in the last 12 months. T‑Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply.

"Renewed by Amazon" no longer has any meaning...
Historically, I have always felt comfortable ordering an item that is certified "Amazon Renewed." Laptops, servers, etc... Never a single issue until I ordered this phone and it became abundantly clear that not a single "professional" ever glances at these items and it is even less likely they are inspected. The original owner of this phone traded/sold it to Amazon (through some process) and Amazon then turned around and shipped it directly to me without even removing the Scotch tape that was holding the box closed. When I first opened the Amazon box, I was really relieved. The phone was shipped inside the original OnePlus box and even included the original charger and signature red USB cable. The phone appeared almost brand new, until I went to remove the SIM card tray. As you can see in the attached picture, there is absolutely no way an inspection (professional or otherwise) could have missed that damage. It looked and felt like someone had been chewing on the SIM tray after the chewing, they may have hit it with a hammer. They did enough damage that the SIM tray release mechanism (that you usually trip with the SIM removal tool) was completely gone. The tray was wedged in so hard, I was concerned for a moment that they may have glued it. At this point I called Amazon. I informed them that this phone is damaged and possibly unusable. Moments before ordering this phone, I stopped at Best Buy and bought an awful Moto phone to hold me over, with the idea that I could return it as soon as my Amazon phone arrived. Since the blatant errors are 100% on Amazon, I had assumed they could get a replacement phone out to me pretty quickly (I even told them I didn't care if it was even the same model as long as it worked). I was wrong. The woman told me that the world's largest store was unable to get me a replacement phone in under 7 days. I was kind of shocked. I then told her that because of their neglegence, I was going to lose $100+ dollars (the return window for the phone would be firmly closed), to which she told me how sorry she was and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. As soon as the call was completed, I finally got the SIM tray out, it was a lot tougher than that little bit of plastic would lead you to believe. When the tray came loose, out flew the previous owner's SIM card as even more proof this phone was never even given a cursory glance. To make matters even worse, I woke up the next day to Best Buy having this exact same unlocked phone (but brand new) selling for $20 less than the "Amazon Renewed" version. I would suggest you consider skipping the renewed by Amazon devices and possibly look for a mom & pop reseller on here instead. The odds are good they could spare a few minutes to examine the phone before sending it out. Lastly, OnePlus makes great phones (which do work fine on Verizon), please don't let my long winded review turn you off.

Using for Wifi Only and Happy
I picked up the OnePlus Nord N10 5G because my regular phone’s camera was basically a potato. I’m using this strictly as a WiFi-only device, and honestly, it’s exceeded my expectations. The camera is sharp enough to use to document my hobby and my family life Battery life holds up well, and the overall performance is snappy for a renewed phone. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly device with decent specs and a surprisingly capable camera. No regrets here.

It works especially well for a phone.
The only issue I have is the phone advertises warp charging and I get a 65w brick and a 120 watt cord and I'm not getting the times it says.
