Feel pain while using
Good quality but when I use this i feel neck pain. Looks like it's big size for me. It's different for every one as per height and weight.

Comfortable addition to car seat.
Quality is excellent. Perfect nect support. Easy to install on seat. Good padding and fabric is soft. Ergonomic and value for money.

Soft, but not supportive enough.
It's soft, and of good quality. The contours are also nice. But it's not hard enough to support the neck. Also, it's very thick, so when you use it in your car seat, you'll have to lean the seat back by a few inches. Your neck will get pushed ahead in the upright driving position. This made the driving position a bit too relaxed for me. This product would have been great if it was thinner and more supportive.
