A great bit of kit
This is great for my music recording and running VSTs, the 16gb memory is essential for this. It fits neatly on top of the piano which keeps things neat.My only complaints are;1. It is quite noisy when running audio programs, however this is an external noise and doesn't transfer onto the audio recordings.2. The keyboard supplied is a little bit 'stodgy' in use, and when it arrived it needed a lot of cleaning as it was sticky and dirty.Overall, a great bit of kit and I'm very pleased with it particularly given the price.

Absolutely useless customer service
Plroduct arrived, plugged in as directed, turned the system on and it made a lot of noise but wasnt sending any signal to the monitor. Tried a different monitor which i know works and still no display.Could not get through to seller as they are only receiving emails. Grrrrr eventually through an expert mate, got it working.Long and short of it:Zero stars for customer service5stars for computer when i eventually got it working.

not what i thought id ordered but............
i didnt realise that id ordered this one as its mainly gaming but i actually like this it does what i need and is quiet and quick.

"Does What It Says On The Tin"
I am no computer expert but it works brilliantly and solves all the problems that I had with my previous computer. In a few years' tie, I will buy another one from the same supplier. This must surely be the way to buy a computer for people like me who do not need the latest technology (I run Windows 10 and Office Professional 2019 so it is not as though I am much behind the times, though).

Wasn't the same as on the picture.
The product I received wasn't the same as in the picture, so I returned. The monitor was too old fashioned.

as advertised
wasn't too certain about a refurbished unit, to be honest. Connected it up, turned it on, and it functions very well; fast, more than enough RAM for everything we do, and everything works.Thank you, well worth the money!
