What are 3 adjustable tiller heights? Where is the info how to adjust the height? I did not find it in the user manual

I only have two adjustable heights unless i'm missing something. The tiller works great and does a gtreat job tillering up the soil' JL

Will it cut through established yard?

I would describe this as more of a light duty tiller. I used it for exactly what you are asking about. The results varied depending on how compacted the ground was. It was a lot of work in more compacted areas. This would work best in a previously used garden area.
