**Q: How much sour cream does this packet make?**
A: And 16 TB / cup so a little less than 3 cups, for those of us using larger quantities for salad dressing, baked goods, etc.

Judee's please consider printing this info to your packaging.

**Q: Does this mix well enough with only a fork?  I do not have any immersion blenders**
A: I just made some up and started with a small whisk and then changed to a spoon. Worked fine. Have never used an immersion blender with it.

**Q: How is it packaged? Materials?**
A: It comes in a resealable Mylar bag.

**Q: What is the self life for unopened then also opened for the sour cream powder??**
A: We bought the buttermilk powder and not the sour cream powder; however, the package indicates a shelf life of over one year.  We keep ours in the refrigerator (a cool, dry place is recommended) sealed in the packaging the product comes in, which is substantial, and in a freezer bag. Have not tried it yet but when storm or event comes through and you have to use your pantry to live, this keeps food interesting. Too easy to become bored with the mundane preps. A dollup on top of your chili makes you feel happy again. I gave this a 4 star and not a 5 because I have not tried it yet.
