Question 2

I just received my 3 piece luggage set and I can't open the lock. I tried 000 and that doesn't work. I'm leaving next week and need this to open!

Accepted Answer

Dear Customer,
This is Mia from COOLIFE customer support center, I’m very to glad to answer your question.
About the lock can't be opened you mentioned, we guess that the lock code might be revised during production process, you can try follow the instructions below to find your previous password:

1, carefully observed below digital turntable lock, use the flashlight, rotating disk password, you will see a small hole (very small)
2, Make three holes pointing at one direction (the direction as shown), at this time record these three figures.
3, the three figures minus 2 (or 3), the result is the password you previously set.

For example, when I go to the 259, the holes are facing the same direction as shown, while every number of 259 minus 2, that is 037 and 037 is the password you set before.
Please refer to the picture in attachment.
Now you have finished resetting the lock. Please remember your new password by heart.
All coolife luggage has two year warranty, please rest assured to make a purchase.Any other question, please feel free to contact us, our support team will reply in 24 hours(except weekends), you can also contact us via your amazon account, once email received, you will have our full attention.
Have a nice day!
