Can I put another body on this engine?

Yes you could. However the body screws on so you would have to buy 2 of these cars to swap the body.

What are the size of the drift tires

If you shop 1:24 scale you should find some adequate. Be aware the cars do not have proportional steering. Meaning they are full turn or straight, and controlled driving especially drifting is difficult and less fun than better cars. That being said battery life is good 15 minutes, and durability is good my son and I have a pair and have run them very rough and aggressively and they still work.

Will it look good if I paint the body with spray paint?

I own a real 05' STI and I got this to paint it and make it resemble my car. As long as you prep the plastic really well and use decent spray paint it will look good. Hope this helps!
