So, I absolutely LOVE the workout I get on my arms and shoulders. It feels really good to use this. I have only been using dumb bells for a year or two and sometimes it snaps my wrists, and one arm is building up faster than the other so I may not be lifting evenly. With the Gorilla Bow (Generic) I am now lifting/pushing/pulling evenly and it feels really good. I wish there was a 5lb bar so that I didn't go from 10 to 20 lbs all at once as I'm a woman in my 50's.UPDATE: If you have long hair, wear a ponytail holder! I didn't and accidentally got my hair stuck in the bands when trying to remove it. It rolled around 2 bands and got completely stuck and hurt when I tried to get it off my head!! It took a few minutes to free myself and I only have shoulder-length hair, so be careful ladies.This is my first time using this type of equipment and I didn't previously own the long barbells? Long pole with weights. So this just feels good on my body. I can't really do it like the images show on the instruction booklet, maybe those people are shorter than me, but I find it really useful to just sit on a yoga mat and put the band around my waist while pushing the bar away from my body, or to sit on the band and then push the bar up. I can also do preacher curls from the floor (sitting on band) position as well. I did some overhead exercises and ended up with a headache the next day, so I may have strained some neck muscles while working out.I would love to give this 5 stars just because A) It's easy to assemble and disassemble and stores away quickly, B) my arms looked amazing after sitting on the floor using it for about 15 minutes, C) It feels good to push/pull the bar, D) It's easy to use... BUT I can't give you 4 stars because one of the buttons to attach the bars together sticks in the down position and sometimes te middle bar slides off of it so I have to keep trying to connect it until it finally locks. I am worried that this could cause the bow's bar to come apart during a workout and would feel safer if both buttons functioned the same way. So my bow is defective, but it's not worth the hassle for me to drive all the way across town to drop it off somewhere in order to get a replacement, and I don't want to be without it for a few days or I may stop using it. I have ADHD, so that happens all the time. But I'm really pleased with the way the bow works and how I feel using it, and after using it, I just think mine is defective.

Good price and something different to add.

Based on the reviews, the Juperbsky Bow is better than expected. Sized comparable to the Lite Gorilla Bow Portable Home Gym. The bow is made out of ABS plastic but is seemingly durable. The fastening pins required lubrication to ensure easy assembly and disassembly, possibly due to a molding/casting issue. The ends where you fastened the resistance bands curve 360 as opposed to the Lite Gorilla Bow Portable Home Gym’s hook style ends, which may be overall a safer design when operating in close quarters. The Juperbsky bow certainly merits consideration at less than half the price and is functionally indistinguishable from Lite Gorilla Bow Portable Home Gym.

I like that I can both push and pull with this exercise bow, depending on where I set it and what I brace it against. The bands don't feel like 80 lbs of pull, but I can't pull that much yet anyways.

This versatile compact workout device is about 1/2 the cost of it’s competitors out on the market. Not only can it be used with the included bands, I was able to attach all the other bands that I have by using a carabiner to attach bands. .People that are writing reviews saying ‘it’s not enough resistance’ just need to attach any other band you might have to the assembled Bow and off you go.
