Will this fit the coleman ct200u?

You need to see if you have the 5/8 shaft or the 3/4 shaft on your ct200u. All of the newer ones came with a 5/8 inch shaft. Older ones had the standard 3/4 for the engines hp.

Could this be used on 80cc motors ?

It only works on pull start 4-stroke engines if it's a bicycle kit engine it will not work but then again anything's possible if you know how to do it but no it will not work on an 80cc motor unless it's a 4-stroke pull start

Does this clutch come lubricated? Seems to be an issue with replacements.

The inner bushing that moves when the motor is running and the vechicle is stopped MUST be lubercated OFTEN Otherwise the clutch will not work well nor last long. Use a few drops of a good oil. I mix STP in my oil.
