I’ve been taking for inflammation. 2 capsules before bed with a glass of coconut milk w/ ground black pepper (both help absorption). I’ve been sleeping so deep and relaxed and well. I wake up feeling refreshed. May be helping me to have morning BMs as well. My facial redness (rosacea) has decreased and my inflammatory acne is clearing up as well.

The product worked right away.I was very surprised! I felt a lot of comfort in my joints from two capsules I took. And feel quite relieved today as well. It’s like a miracle pill for comfier on your joints. I am not fully peon free. But surely way more comfortable than when I wasn’t on it. I can move around with more flexibility than before. Hopefully as times goes by I can continue on feeling better and better each day that goes by…

I have been taking this for inflammation and I really don’t feel like it’s always working. First of all I wonder if anyone else has noticed the capsules look like there is a lot of flour mixed in? I’m not sure I’m benefitting from this or not . Thinking of switching to omega 3 / fish oil

So far so good. Arrived on time. Seems to be good quality. No issues. But no miracles yet, either!

I don't write reviews often, but this has been a game changer for me. I play tennis and like to stay active, but knee, back and ankle joints were always sore. I go to the gym and play tennis 4 to 5 times per week and I was struggling with inflammatory issues. The pain sucks, where it would bother me enough to deter me from working out or using Advil to get through an upcoming game. In life you need to stay active, but if pain is in the way, it's a huge problem and it can quickly escalate, as you stop working out, you gain weight, add more inflammation, more pain, stress and everything else gets in the way. If you detect that pain is creeping up into your life, you need to find a way to fix the issue at the source. This very product, after 4 days I started feeling much better and two weeks, I'm practically all good, running up the stairs and moving lightly after sitting for too long... It's really great... I was getting scare, I'm in my 40s and after a long game, I would feel pretty crappy, my back would be shot, I was thinking if in my 40s I feel this way, what will happen 5 or worse 10 years from now. You should find a way to get healthy, without that you're done honestly. The power of feeling good and positive are key to any decent form of living. As we get older we depend more on work, worry about family, kids, bills and the list goes on. Stress build these radicals in our bodies and you need to fight these with antioxidants, eat your blueberries, make better health choices, these things should be part of your routine. Not everyone responds the same way to everything, but do your research and you'll see the benefits of Curcumin and also some people may be taking this and not seeing results because maybe their issue is something completely different, just because some folks respond well to this, does not mean you will, It does not hurt to try it since stress and inflammation are a huge source of our pains, but personally for me, this has changed my life.
