So great. This little gadget is so long lasting and so effective. I am fair so laser hair removal won’t work but with this it actually removes all unwanted fuzzy. Good luck

This works really well on that annoying facial hair that tends to spring up on the upper lip. It is painless and it takes a while for the hair to come back. I also like that you can choose how strong you set it depending on what area you are using it on. This is the third one I have purchased over the years but I didn’t take away any stars because of the demise of its predecessors because I feel I got my money’s worth from each of them. It is a delicate instrument and it is a little unreal to expect it to last forever.

There’s a reason why you don’t see No! No! Commercials anymore and why you can’t buy in stores. I bought this unit and it stopped working after 3 months. I called No! No! Customer service and they would not warranty the device because I did not buy from them directly. So I bought another No! No! Directly through them and again it stopped working after 3 months. I filed a claim and got a new replacement and that once again stopped working after a few months. I called customer service again and they refused to warranty their product because it was more than 1 year since the first one I bought. I had a No! No! years ago and it worked great. But the quality has greatly decreased since then. The thermal tips don’t last long and the buffer pads are not as coarse as they use to be. Overall this product is not worth the money.

Very disappointed with this product as the roller does not move properly. As you suggested, you put me in contact with the seller. Which I did and they keep giving me the run around. Wanted invoice for proof of purchase, pictures over and over again Telling me to go through you, and so I do & then you said to go thru the seller. I cannot believe all this trouble. There is a malfunction. I sent pictures, proof of purchase. All I want is this replaced. I am a regular customer and a very upset one, that cannot believe you do not satisfy your customers. The first one I got as a gift and it would not charge anymore, so I bought a new one in March 2025, NOW the seller wants me to pay for shipping to receive the item that had a malfunction. WHAT NEXT!!!!

Product did not come with cosmetic bag, piece was missing
