I wear a women's size 12, but I dont see that as an option. Would an 11 be alright?

I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9....but the 9 was a little too big. The 8 was perfect!

i walk a lot everyday. are these durable enough for everyday heavy use?

Yeah! Obviously avoid lots of rocks/pebbles--I do a lot of street and trail walking and I prefer these in the spring and summer over my sneakers!

Yes, it is bendable; made from recycled yoga mats.

Would these be good for Disney world? Looking for something comfy that will also withstand water rides.

I wore them to Disney world many times last year. They are super comfy and my feet didn't get tired. They are fabric so they stay wet if you get splashed. It didn't bother me except when i went through sprinklers and then the bottoms feel squishy for awhile. It does not ruin them. I wore them to the beach a lot too.
