No complaints. Soft comfortable kinesiology tape that does the job, and it's a plain beige instead of all the other pattern/color combinations out there which I appreciate. An amazing value at under 40 bucks for over 110 feet. If you use a lot of this stuff and like to retape often vs wearing it through multiple workout/shower sessions I'm not sure how you can go wrong here. The stretchiness and tackiness of this tape is perfect for me. Applied correctly, the tape sticks to both skin and other tape when anchoring. I'm very happy with this purchase and may have found my go to KT brand. Thumbs up, A+, and all of the above.

I am having sciatica issues and this tape is a life saver. It stays on SO much better than all the other tapes I have used (and I have used almost all of the top-rated tapes…). Even though it stays on very well, if it is time to change the tape, it comes off without taking my skin with it. I hit it with my hairdryer on low heat before removing tape. Then I dry brush the application area & lightly apply rubbing alcohol to remove oils and prepare my skin for a new application. I’ll order again when my supply is running low, but this is a HUGE roll of tape—will last a long time. Oh—the dispenser box is a plus—very handy— and it keeps the tape roll tidy & clean.

Kinesiology tape is a wonderful way to protect your joints and muscles whether recovering from an injury or using it preventatively. This product is the most reasonably priced due to its size. It is worth it.

I've had plantar faciitis for 6 years. As a fitness instructor I have no time to rest my feet from over use. I've tried braces, socks, leather inserts, creams, icing, massaging, etc. This tape definately helps. It does a great job of supporting my arches. I can definately feel the difference when I don't use it. However, I do wish it lasted longer after getting wet. While it mostly holds in place for a few days, it doesn't stay on the bottom of my foot going vertically. It comes undone as soon as it gets wet when it is under the ball of my feet. It's very frustrating. However, I will say that this company does an outstanding job with customer service. They stand behind their products and are happy to help the customer. I'm very pleased with them and will continue to use the tape.

I’ve tried several different brands of kt, including Rocktape (normal and h20 edge) and KT Pro Extreme and this tape outperforms all of them. The others all start peeling the same day if I do any form of exercise or the next day at best,even after I’ve cleaned the area before applying. It also seems to have more oomph. By that I mean it just feels more supportive. I had this on one wrist and Rocktape on the other at one point, and this one felt more secure/didn’t peel as fast. This one is also much cheaper, and convenient to cut because the box is made so you can pull out as much as you need, easily, without opening it & the back has grid lines that are super helpful for more precise cutting. That being said, if you’re not careful, this tape could take your skin off. I have to really take my time getting it off, which is a trade off I take for the effectiveness. If I used oil like they recommend I’m sure it’d be easier but I never feel like it. It’s pretty easy to find a video of how to tape specific areas but I appreciate that they have an online visual/text guide as well. This will probably be my go-to tape going forward.

Spartan Tape enables me to keep my knee cap in the correct position while also supporting and protecting my knee. I have support and better blood flow in my lower legs with the tape and it saves me from having to wear compression stockings which is especially nice in this hot weather. I have used several different brands of kinesiology tapes and Spartan Tape is different than the others I've used. It stays on better than any other I've found and I have not had any skin irritation from it and it is supportive and flexible without being stiff or thick. It is the best value I've found and I learned to use the tape in better ways thanks to the ebook download. I found that a few changes on how I tape gives me better results. I'm glad I found it and I will continue to buy and use it.

I had just bought the three pack of different brands from Amazon, and was almost through my Sporthos roll when I went looking for more and found this. If you divide the cost of 118 feet, by the usual 16 feet, this adds up to almost (not quite) 7 rolls, now multiply that times the cost of one roll, and this is the best bargain out there. Just downloaded my free user guide too. It's 40 pages, so I will be printing it off at work (my bad). I wear a back brace at work as a result of surgery, taped my lumbar region once, and didn't use the brace and did good. Have to wait to tape it again as I was not cautious in removing it and took some skin, now it has to heal. I have bought 6 different knee braces trying to find the one that did the job, but none did. Started to use the KT brand tape, and it fits the bill. The sporthos tape is much better, stronger, more supportive, and stays on longer without the edges rolling up. Your skin does need to be clean and dry, and it will hold up in the shower for days afterward. I have worn this brand tape for 5 days in a row. So when they say it stays when applied correctly, it does. I taped my instep even though I don't have plantar fasciitis, just a high instep, and it helps immensely. But, the biggest benefit has been my knee. I don't tape the way the directions suggest, I've had tp play with it to get my own personal fit, and it works great for me. The money I threw away on the knee braces kills me! From now o n I'm a tape girl all the way!!!

I had previously been using rock tape in order to keep my Freestyle Libre sensor attached and it usually lasted about a week before it needed replaced. Spartan tape works exactly the same does what I need it to except the bulk pack makes it significantly more economic.
