I have tried 3 cushions for the relief of hamstring sciatica - pain in buttock/sitting bone area - this is by far the best. Well made with velvety fabric which not only feels good but looks good as well. Memory foam moulds to shape without being too soft. Cover unzips for cleaning but also useful as I was able to remove for shaping the foam to meet my particular needs which was to make a hollow over the affected hamstring area of one leg. The size for me was just ok. I am 6ft tall and 12 stone with 35 inch waist but I think it would be too small if my butt was any larger. This one was 40cm X 32cms external dimensions. Cushion would also be suitable for anyone with coccydynia- pain in the tail bone. I think the quality makes it good value for money

This may sound odd but I didn't buy this for it's intended purpose. I bought it because my new ear piercing was hurting anytime I slept on it on a regular pillow. I tried pillows specifically for pierced ears but they were too close to the ear and it caused pain too. So I had the idea to try a hemorrhoid cushion as the hole in the middle would be bigger. It is perfect for the job. I sleep without any pain now and my ear is doing so much better. I used to use two pillows so this is lower but I got used to it quick enough. It's quite firm which doesn't bother me. It's just nice to finally be able to sleep without pain. It would also probably be helpful if you like to sleep with ear plugs or headphones. I have experienced it before where the headphone or earplug doesn't stay in because the normal pillow pushes it and can dislodge it. The cover has a zip so you can take it off to wash it. There's also a little handle. It did have a smell when it arrived but it's gone after a few days. It arrived vacuum packed and rolled up so you have to let it puff out. Overall I am pleased and recommend it.

I really should have looked at sizing properly. This is going to be OK in the car but not long term on the couch as its a bit on the medium/small size.

Helps alleviate the PITA caused by certain blood vessels going nuts. Wait till you suffer, you’ll try anything for any relief. I use this one on my recliner, nearly flat and shift about until there’s no pain. This way I don’t need to wear jeans and only boxers work best. The obligatory cream in addition to this racetrack shaped ring makes life much better than nothing, as nothing will drive you mad!

Bought for an elderly relative, and she calls it her miracle cushion! She used to have aches and pains, when sitting, but they have vanished since using this cushion. It's a very clever design for easing pressure points.

妙な病になってしまい座ってると辛いので買ってみた 横長で使うと駄目だけど縦長で使えば痛みや苦しみが緩和されます 女性なら丁度いいのかもしれませんが男性だともう少し厚みとサイズが欲しかったので星4にしましたが無いよりは良いです
