These taste and smell nice. Seems like a quality product. Last week I started taking these with creatine, fish oil, multivitamin, and magnesium glycinate. Today I started taking turmeric pills as well because I am on a calorie deficit and my joints were hurting. Today I ate breakfast at 6 AM and haven't eaten since(Its 10:40 PM). My joints feel great right now and I have been feeling great since starting this stack. So not sure about this product by itself but seems pretty good. The pills do stick to bottom of the container, but just wiggle it a bit and one will come loose pretty easily. It's mk-7, and has coconut oil too. I will get this brand again if I continue taking d3-k2. I recommend these for sure.

Great product, but too expensive. Also, liquid vitamin d is better for absorption. Now I buy my liquid vitamin d on iHerb for way less.
