I wanted to review this fascia roller to show how it works for someone with impaired vascular function. I have poor circulation due to immune-mediated neuropathy with dysautonomia. In the attached image, you can see that using this roller immediately reduced my persistent livedo reticularis (the bluish-purple, net-like vascular pattern caused by uneven blood flow). This shows that it can help mobilize sluggish microcirculation, and with regular use, it may lead to meaningful improvements in circulation and lymphatic drainage. Beyond its effectiveness, the roller is beautifully designed, sturdy, and easy to use. Its size makes it practical for treating larger areas of the body. I’m very pleased with both the function and the build quality.

I replaced this with the one I had. The wheels stay in place and the knobs on the roller feels so relaxing. I use it on my cellulite on my thighs and it works great.

Great quality wood. It rolls and stops so you can either roll it or drag it on the areas you need. It's a little bigger than a rolling pin. Great value. The massage is wonderful. The only way you would bruise is if you have sensitive skin and apply too much pressure. Would highly recommend!

I had an expensive plastic reliable muscle roller for several years but moved and lost it.. I wanted something alternative to plastic and this was exactly as comparable. I love this so much. It feels better due to the deeper 'cogs' and rolls great. I like the sustainably made materials, and overall it's just been a better value and purchase. I can't imagine ever replacing it.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to let anyone know that this product is simple and works great for lymphatic drainage on your back, stomach, legs, and upper arms. I got bruises on my back upper legs, so roll it when you are on your bed when the muscles are relaxed. I’m buying a second one now for the office. Great little tool
