Not really clear what the question is though. Very, very pleased with this liner bag though. **Q: Can this product be fastened to a case rack?** A: It is not designed to be fastened to a rack, but rather put inside an existing hard case. Using in Brooks Autosports top box. I wish I had bought it sooner. Its just a tad too small but is not really noticeable when loaded. If it were bigger you might struggle removing from your top box when full. Not sure why there is a dedicated pocket for 3 pens. An additional hook and loop divider would have been nice.
