**Q: Is it convenient to open it?**
A: Yes.. it opens pretty easy.. the only issue I've had with it. I dropped it a cpl times and the mechanism popped out. It was fairly easy to put back in.

**Q: Help - put cards in it and they are stuck., can not get release button to work, so they do not pop up. how can i get my cards?**
A: Looks like you put to many cards in the most is 5 cards any more will cause this too happen if you can’t get them to budge out slide the bottom button as hard as you can while your holding it upside down and shake it a few times while doing this so they can slightly budge out so you can grab them out. If that doesn’t work then your going to need a small tool to pull them.

**Q: Does this scratch the cards inside in anyways, because of cards kept together or because of the case??**
A: No it doesn't scratch, its a very good quality wallet
