Aspercreme Max Strength Lidocaine Pain Relief Patch (5 Count) for Back Pain, Odor Free Pain Patches

These Aspercreme Max Strength Lidocaine patches worked really well for relieving muscle and back pain. They stick securely, stay in place while moving around, and provide several hours of noticeable pain relief. I also appreciate that they're thin and comfortable enough to wear under clothing without being obvious. One of my favorite features is that they're completely odor-free. Unlike many pain relief patches or creams, there's no strong medicinal smell, which makes them much more convenient to use throughout the day, even at work or while traveling. The patches were easy to apply and remove without leaving a sticky residue on my skin. They were gentle on my skin and didn't cause any irritation. Overall, these are an excellent option for temporary pain relief, and I would definitely purchase them again. If you're looking for an effective, discreet, and easy-to-use lidocaine patch, I highly recommend giving these a try.

I had been using another brand from a pharmacy chain. I tried the Aspercreme patch, again, and was very impressed with a few new revisions. These revisions have improved my impression of this product. The individual patches are a bit stretchy. The backing has a perforated line down the middle with instructions to stretch the product by holding each end so the perforation splits the backing into two pieces. Take the corner of backing and remove one of the sides. I place the patch at this point. One adhered, I remove the 2nd half of the backing, which gives me the best results. If you aren’t very careful, you can easily end up with wrinkles in the patch where the patch sticks to itself and reduces the surface area of the patch against your skin,...which means less active ingredients being absorbed. The improvements that I noticed were the thinner dimension of the patch. I noticed the logo and name “embossed” onto the non-active side of the patch. Also, I’m not sure, but if the patch had the traditional aspercreme fragrance before, it does NOT have it now. This current patch is absolutely fragrance free. Along that same theme, if the patch had the traditional warming experience before, this newer patch does NOT, which is something the majority of patches don’t have either. There are plenty of warming crepes out there. As a user of lidocaine patches, I want reduction in pain, no odor, no cooling or heating sensation, no oily residue, or any other sign that a patch is being used. I’m delighted with the revisions. I will be purchasing again. They are great!

I wish I could put on dispatch everywhere on my body, it seems to work so well, and I start getting immediate relief once I apply it. The only issue is when I have it in my lower back, it’s seeming sometimes to ball up or not stick as well if you’re moving around quite a bit. Otherwise though I just secure it with a piece of medical tape, and relief is 100%

Very good for alleviating pain in specific areas, back pain, shoulder, neck. Really helps with sleep

Excellent pain relief. It’s main ingredient is lidocaine, which numbs the are that it touches. Although it does not decrease inflammation or solves the issue causing the pain, it gives you relief without smelling like menthol. It’s sticky enough for it to stay on all day.

I use the Lidocaine patches daily. I think this brand charges more for the name. I am not sure how well they work. This brand has a larger patch that tends to stick on itself too many times & it rolls off when I pull my pants up. I only buy this one on sale.

This thin patch stays on very well. If the corners curl while you're putting the patch on, you can uncurl them with no problem. It really relieves pain. I prefer Aspercreme over Salonpas. It is thinner, easier to apply, and does not come off at the edges or curl once you've put it on as the thicker Salonpas patch does.
