Sock it to those persistent leaks
They work when the wind blows water under the sill in our metal building. They absorb and then dry out nicely. Very reusable.

Half empty of absorbent filler.
We had bought pigs before but these were not of same quality at all. Only about half full of absorb ant and they didn't expand much when wet. Did absorb but half of tube was empty. Needed them to catch water under leaking garage door and had to use twice as many due to them being half empty.
