The length of my door is 31.5". Will this work.? Do you have any other product which will work.?

It will work. My door is 32. You can adjust the the foam inside by cutting it. They give you directions on the box. Very straight forward.

This may be a stupid question, but does this block fumes as well?

Not a stupid question at all, I don’t think this thick/heavy enough to do that. It doesn’t seal under the door, it just covers the gap with what is basically flexible foam covered in some sort of soft plastic.

The fabric drags on my hardwood floors and gets caught. I am unable to close my door. What can I do?

Does it stop rodents?

I believe its primary use is to stop drafts, the material is is made of is fabric and and a plastic foam tube. I don't think it would slow rodents down much.

The diameter of each foam is half an inch.

I had expected that the diameter of the foam should be at least one inch. A bit disappointing. It could be slid under the door quite easily.
