I like Life Extension Products, however I didn't like the taste of this B12. It had a weird taste to me & I realized it had xylitol it in which isn't a healthy sweetner for me.. too bad I didn't see it before I purchased it.

Started increasing my dose to 1000 mcg and can really tell a difference. Many people complained about the taste but I don't have a problem with the taste. I chew mine and they are small so hardly noticeable.

I mean..... I require B12 to function properly, so it works.

My doctor recommended this brand so far I like it
